ginger bread and chocolate!

I hope you had a magical Christmas my family and I definitely did! As promised on my previous post here's a pic of our gingerbread house :)
Espero que hayan tenido una mágica Navidad para mi y mi familia definitivamente lo fue! Como lo prometí en mi ultima publicación aqui esta una pic de nuestra casita de jengibre :)

And if like me you enjoy baking here's an easy chocolate soufflé recipe I made for dessert *great served with vanilla ice cream ;)
Y si como yo disfrutas hornear aqui esta una receta de suffles de chocolate que hice de postre *los puedes servir con helado de vainilla ;)

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 cup semi-sweet choc. chips
4 oz unsalted butter 
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tbsp. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. self rising flour
pinch of slat (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 F and spray 4 molds with pan spray or butter.
Melt butter and choc. chips and set a side.
In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Stir in the melted chocolate until it is all mixed together.
Sprinkle sifted flour over mixture and fold in.
Pour batter into each of the dishes and bake for 25-30 min.
